  • Does Keyzee charge any service or subscription fees? +

    Keyzee doesn’t charge any fee to the OC or Management Company. We make our margin on each product sold.

  • What’s your onboarding process? +

    We develop a plan with your management team tailored to your portfolio and workflow. Typically, we can onboard up to 100 buildings per week.

  • Will l see any disruption in my security service? +

    We work with your existing Access Control Technicians to ensure no-downtime or disruption to your services. All we need is authority to order access products for the property.

  • How does Keyzee improve the security of my buildings? +

    The OCM maintains complete control over who receives access products as Keyzee doesn’t fulfill any order until the OCM has approved the order request. Only a verified tenant, owner or property manager will receive access to the building.

    As an additional security measure, we maintain a singular database of the number of secure products on issue and who has them. Enabling us to restrict/remove access where necessary.

  • How much do Keyzee products cost? +

    The price varies depending on the building and product. All prices on Keyzee are inclusive of express delivery + processing fees.

  • How is our data kept? +

    All your data is used strictly in accordance with our privacy policy. We use your information solely to process your order and maintain a database of access products on issue for each building.

    Keyzee doesn’t keep any payment information, all of that data is directly between the customer and Stripe.

  • What security measures are in place to ensure that stock isn’t stolen? +

    Keyzee’s stock is kept in a secure location with 24/7 security monitoring. Access to the building is restricted with pin-code verification and during business hours only.

  • What online security does Keyzee use to protect our data? +

    Keyzee uses the best available security software like Cloudflare, WP Engine, Akismet and Wordfence. We also update all of our security plugins on a regular basis. All customer information is kept on a server which requires 2-Factor Authentication and a One-Time Authorisation code to access.

  • What is Keyzee’s privacy policy? +

    Your data is only used for the purpose of processing orders and maintaining an access device log. We do not use your information for any other purpose. You can review our privacy policy here.

  • What do I do if my product doesn’t work? +

    All devices and keys supplied by Keyzee come from your existing security system so it is highly unlikely that there will be any issues. However, if there are any issues, we guarantee to replace the product if you advise us of any issues within 10 business days from receipt.
